If you are being sexually abused you should tell someone your guidance councilor at school, the police, or call this number National Domestic Violence / Abuse Hotline 1-800-799-SAFE | 1-800-799-7233 | 1-800-787-3224 TDD. and let some one know whats going on so it will stop.

It depends, if you've had penetration she could tell if your hymen was broken, but it can break without having sex as well, so it is not a sure sign. If you have rips in the skin of your vagina it could be a cause of concern though. It depends what kind of sexual abuse it is. This is all if she does a pelvic exam which I'm not sure she would always do for a yeast infection. I would really urge you to tell anyone if you are being sexually abused though, even if you don't want to tell your doctor. A teacher, family member, adult friend, sexual abuse is not ok and not your fault, don't be ashamed.

She won't be able to tell that it's abuse, only that you sexually active. If your being sexually abused you need to tell someone ASAP! If you don't feel comfortable telling either one of your parents or anyone in your family, tell a teacher or a friends parent. Tell the DR if your mom and/or dad leaves the room.

she can tell that you are sexually active, so she might ask about it to discuss birth control or abuse etc. please don't avoid the exam because of being afraid of there being trouble, if you are being abused, it should be stopped.. you do not deserve to be treated that way..
