lots of good answers to your question..you might also try this...after your "normal cleansing routine"...take a wet wash cloth...morning and night... and gently wipe the skin on your face...making little circles in each area...this is a gentle exfoliation and will help to get that "glow" along with the suggestions on diet etc...
if you want more exfoliating...there are lots of "scrubs" on the market....you don't need a supplement....

Hi blonde with brains!
Pollution, dirt, and other chemical agents in the air make the skin lose its ability to retain water, making it look dry, wrinkled and aging the person bit earlier. The natural hydrating and antioxidant properties of honey trap and seal the moisture, rejuvenate the skin, cleanse the complexion leaving it soft and supple.

Honey in its purest form is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. Beauticians suggest using honey abundantly for radiant complexion. Skin care products like baths, shower gels, face creams, skin lotions, moisturizers, body scrubs and even newborns products contain pure honey.

Treat your self to some simple natural skin care remedies with honey at your home. Please look article: http://www.askedweb.com/askedweb/A_Sweet_Treat_With_Honey_For_The_Skin/
Thanks to Cleopatra's milk and honey baths, Honey has become a favourite with one and all to be used in beauty regime

The best way to care for your skin and give you a rosy, healthy glow is to eat properly.

You need to eliminate all junk/white foods, chocolate, sugar, lollies and soda/soft drinks, icecream, reduce dairy, cut out biscuits and cakes, white bread and rice.

Instead focus on fresh fruit and vegies, wholegrain breads and cereals, nuts and seeds, lean meats and fish, brown rice and loads of filtered water. Make sure you get plenty of fresh air and sunshine each day and don't forget to have some play time for you too !!!

In particular, you make sure that you increase your intake of foods rich in Beta Carotene. Once eaten beta-carotene is converted to Vitamin A (retinol) in the body when needed. It's a powerful antioxidant in its own right.

Foods rich in Beta Carotene (Vit.A.) are: Fish Liver Oil, liver, carrotts, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy products, margarine and yellow fruits.

Vitamin A rich foods will keep the outer layers of your tissues and organs healthy, help in the removal of age spots, if you have them, promote growth, strong bones, healthy skin, hair, teeth and gums, help treat acne, superficial wrinkles, impetigo, boils, carbuncles and open ulcers when applied externally.

Real beautifull skin truly does come from within, not out of a bottle !! If you're deficient in Vitamin A no skin treatment will work. It's time to top up on Vitamin A if your skin is dry or rough, or it breaks out in spots.

Vitamin A helps ensure that skin is taut, silky soft and youthfull looking by nurturing the fat lying beneath the skin. Vitamin A also makes sure that the skin cells rising to the surface remain supple so your skin sfeels soft and smooth.

Vitamin A may help prevent sun damage.

Also, you should obviously avoid exposure to the sun at its most potent time of the day and don't forget to cleanse morning and night.
