We don't just live by our sun-sign, it's so much more complicated than that.
You sun sign only explains a small part of the potentials in your life, and for most people it will not be the most important factor in the chart. No wonder many people have a hard time believing in astrology, when they have only experienced a limited and distorted experience of its potential.
Finally, if you don't believe in something simply because you have been told you shouldn't, you are not being very scientific.
I say put it to the test. Get the data and analyse it.

Well.....I don't......I Believe in GOD.....I am a catholic!
Other people will believe in horoscopes because they are too dumb to see that you shouldn't count on something to tell you how your day will be like. Or something to say you should marry a aquarius or something. If you want to believe in it don't trust it!
People just live our life. YOU can make your life anything you want it to be. For example. If you wanna be a criminal go and cause trouble, If you wanna be a doctor to find a cure for somethin' go ahead and try!

As a certain time of the year reveals natures cycle,only to that extent is my belief in horoscopes.I believe that people who were born in the same time frame have similar traits.The lenght of the time frame would be akin to the weather months

Why do people believe in Math?
Cause it's accurate.
That's the same reason I believe in Horoscopes, except I don't believe in it entirely.

I personally don't believe in horoscopes as such. I consider them a road map one can chose to follow or change directions at will.

Although I believe in God...it is fun 2 read them anyway. Not that many people are actually obsessed with it. It's just lyk a passing time. But a lot of times for me...it describes my emotions exactly.

people believe in math and horoscopes is math and people just want to know their mood ,what might even happen to them,or what could be their soul mate

Those who do believe make themselves feel better like if it said that you will meet someone then you could plan to meet them so then you will amazingly meet someone because you made yourself vulnerable

Why Not ?
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.
Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.
Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.
Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.
Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.
Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true
