Enough is Enough when you realize that you are putting your time and energy into someone that obviously refuses to give you the love and respect you deserve. You should always feel that you are loved and cared for. You are rightfully hurting from all of this and everyday you will get stronger. I continue to pray for you.

Well I know it hurts to not be loved the same way you are loving. Some may say love is unconditional (and it is), like a relationship between a parent and a child. But when it comes to a relationship, you will eventually get burned out. You can love for so long, but you have needs as well, and if they are not being met, you will not be happy.
So if you're dating, as the saying goes, "if you love something, set it free, if it comes back to you it is yours if not it was never ment to be" and see what happens.
IF you are already married, I say seek counceling, communicate with eachother tell them how you're feeling. Don't give up.

I have felt like this before. For me I just came to the point where I had to say you know I love her and although I may not feel she loves me the same way or as much she is a different person with her own way of showing it.

You should only love someone as much as they love you. Don't get drug down by him. Communicate the issues if he doesn't show any interest, get rid of him. There is a few billion more out there. Good luck

Enough is enough at that very moment that you realize that they don't love you and don't care about you the same way that you do them.

You just have to remember yourself from time to time and do things for yourself. It is enough when you say so, when you can't deal with the relationship you find yourself in and you just want a different life.

How much is too much? Are you willing to lose your dignity and pride, just to keep loving someone who treats you in this manner? Seek counseling for yourself & leave this man alone--he's unhealthy for you.

Some things ARE too much----you need to preserve your self-respect and dignity. Never put up with abuse or cheating, because those are WAY to much!
