well the other day my friend lost her virginity to her bf. the problem is she had unprotected sex cause they didnt use a condom. how likely or whats a percentage that she can be pregnant? some one else also added that since she just got off her period, that the chances of her being pregnant might lower because of that... help anyone?!

I remember reading one time that a woman is more likely to become pregnant during her ovulation, which occurs about 2 weeks after your last period. This is the time that an egg from her ovary begins it's descent to her uterus, and will remain there for a short period of time (about 6-12 days), longer if it becomes fertilized, if unfertilized it is released and thus creates a period. Of course this is when your chances of becoming pregnant increase, you can become pregnant at any time, there's no way to determine since each woman's body is different from the next's. There are tests to check a few days before her next period, and their percentages increase as it goes closer to the date she's due. Tell her next time, and always, use protection (condoms or birth control) until she's decided that the person she's with is the one and she's ready to have a child.

my bestfriend got pregnant while on her period. And honestly just because someone has their period doesn't mean she isn't pregnant. Tell her to make sure that next time she needs to use a condom and be on birth control because she needs to know she is worth protecting. Besides pregnancy isn't the only thing to worry about with unprotected sex.

When a woman is on her most fertile day of the month and a man fully ejaculates inside her, there is at most only a 33% chance of conception. When you're on you're period the chance is less than 1%. So depending on her time of the month her chances are somewhere between there.
BLAH!!! doesn't know about menstrual cycles apparently, which is shocking considering the fact that she's a girl! You are most fertile on the last day that you experiance egg white consistancy cervical mucus, which occurs during ovulation, which occurs approximately 2 weeks after the onset of your period, which is about halfway between periods.

Anytime you have unprotected sex there is a chance you can get pregnant. Also it's a lot easier for teen girls to become pregnant than adult women for some odd reason.

she might be. you can get pregnant. usually a woman ovulates right before and after her period and that is a higher chance of getting pregnant

it is possible how long ago was it that she had sex because you can get the day after pill within a few days so call the doctor or planned parenthood

to be sure, she has to wait till her period is overdue. if she just had her period, den de chances are lower, but could be possible
