I started to lose my jumping ability by not playing as much of course. Well me and my friends were playing a game of pickup and I said something like, back in the day I could dunk. They were like NOOOOOOO way you could never dunk, blah blah blah, and calling me a liar.
So you know what I did.... I went to the gym every morning before work for 45 minutes a day and JUST worked my legs and basically all my jumping muscules. Then 5 months later when we played....which was today, I threw down this dunk that was so clean, it was unbelievable. That means I dunked it really good to anyone that doesnt know that terminology. You should have seen the look on their face.
Pretty cool huh???
