That means he will the truth.
The truth that will ultimately destroy him and his Bosses ( Bush & Cheney).

Is that why Bush resisting giving him to Congress?

The entire administration is full of liars. But. America coddles liars, especially in government. So. does it make a difference if he lies. Not really. Why? Because no one cares.

I don't know, but we'll probably never know, because I don't think that he will ever be under Oath (at least not on record).

No. He is far too much of a survivor for that. He values his own political skin much more than anything, or anyone, else.
