Try the southeast side like Hegewisch. Or parts of the Northwest Side like parts of Portage Park and Lincoln Square (althought Lincoln Square is undergoing massive gentrification). Not hard to find. Hell, when I lived near Evergreen/Morgan park, there were white families I went to school with who still had a potbelly stove in their house. In the late 70s!!!!
