I have a 14 year old and a 16 year old. I don't really want a quiet vacation (although I would't mind going to the beach and soaking up some sun) but I don't get relaxed just sitting there and looking at the enviornment. We all want to have some fun!!! We want to go to a place that's got a lot of stuff to do you know? I don't think I'm really asking whats the best place you've vacationed, but if you would just answer that question and maybe recomend a place for my family. That would be wonderful.

i am 13 turning 14 in april and i have already been to France, spain, germany, syria, italy, saudi arabia, greece, rome, austria, and a bunch of other places. This summer we went to paris during the soccer world cup and it was so much fun. however it could have been because of all the excitement..but dont worry i went a couple years ago too and it seemed ok. however if you would like them to accually enjoy the vacation try not to go on too many "educational tours about the HISTORY of the counrty" because trust me as a 13 year old i know that can put them to sleep. this summer i was thinking of going to england which i have heard is really amazing. to answer your question the best place i have vacationed in europe would have to be abano terme in venece, italy. THE ENVIRONMENT IS WONDERFUL!!!! THE PEOPLE ARE NICE!!! AND DEFINATLEY DONT FORGET A CAMERA.... the susets are beautiful and the weather is perfect! the good thing is that even if you go to a family owned hotel (which will be the cheapest you will find there) the people will be so willing to help and so friendly. also there is so much entertainment and so many activites to do during the day. my favorite place in the middle east would have to be syria! i go there every summer and the people are wonderful your children will love it it is such an amazing expirence! I really hoped this helped you. GOOD LUCK!!!

Perth, Australia.

I went there in the winter, and the weather was ABSOLUTELY perfect... Most of the time. You can walk for miles and miles and never feel tired. The air is very clean and breathable. Bus rides are for free!!! And plus, friendly people, the last time I remembered. I spent a month there, even missing the first week of school. It was absolutely... perfect, should I say? It was a wonderful place.

Acapulco....you've got the beach, bull fights, Mayan ruins and cliff divers. I'm sure your kids would like all that.
