Ok other than brushing your teeth. I always have to read before I fall asleep!

I usually brush my teeth, wash my face or take a shower. Then I lay in bed and watch tv until I fall asleep, most the time I will leave the tv on all night while I sleep. I like to watch shows like Roseanne and Frensh Prince Of Bel-Air before I go to sleep, some old corny shows are great.

I get into bed, turn on the 11:30 Seinfeld rerun, and am asleep in 2 minutes.

i don't have rituals... i don't have a certain order to go to bed, lol. i just shower, brush my teeth, talk to my boyfriend up to like 10 if i'm lucky... then sleep.

I take a warm bath first. It helps me fall asleep. I take my bible and read until I fall to sleep.
