If a person is being charged for assault or other violent crime;
they may not post bond or be released until they have appeared before a judge and a formal hearing is set.
(I was a victim of an assault, and the person was released
within 45 minutes of his arrest even though there was alot
of witnesses to the incident, all he had to do was make a call
and have someone come down and pay a little money and he walked.)

I would like to see the legislature make it a law that all indigent persons have legal representation - whether in a criminal or a civil case. There are too many poor people who can't afford to hire a lawyer and their rights get trampled on continuously. Please consider this - God Bless, Martha S.

Here you go straight for someone that hates our laws here. If you are convicted of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature or a felony you should be castrated or have your tubes tied to prevent you genes from regenerating.
