Just wear something nice. I don't care what others say, there is no need to show up to a first job like that when you're a teenager with a suit and tie (or for girls, a business suit or something).

Wear something that you would wear going out to dinner. Wear closed toe shoes. I'm a guy so it's harder for me to suggest something specific...maybe dress-type pants (no jeans), a nice shirt (nothing slutty), and wear your hair down without anything in it. That should do the trick.

There is no need for a dress or dress suit at your age for this type of job, but you do want to look nice. No shorts, preferable no jeans (maybe if they look brand new, not faded or torn), polo type shirt or button down blouse, nothing too fancy or revealing, flats or at least clean sneakers.

just wear nice dress pants and a nice shirt. You don't have to be really fancy but make sure you talk clearly and sound like you really want the job and will do your best. The first job is always so exciting. It is rewarding too.You work hard for the things you want in life.Good luck to you on your job search.
