Perhaps an IELTS course would be a good idea before you start the dissertation.
Why oh why is it now called Human Resources as if people are like commodities and not liveing breathing, feeling persons?
Well perhaps because to a large national or multi-national enterprise their employees are seen as no more than expendable commodities.

A topic that would be good for your MSc in HRM would be how different companies try to recruit and train their workers to give the company the greatest competitive advantage over its competitors. It is fairly easy to obtain staff training manuals from the major stores, for example. Analyse them for competitive advantage, e.g., Sainsbury's call their service "World Class". That's why cashiers ask if you want help with packing your purchases and why they employ people to collect shopping trolleys from car parks so that customers can always find one. That is why they open more cash desks when queues grow to three people waiting.
You will need to research "competitor advantage", and "Positioning" in Marketing textbooks and then analyse your chosen companies positioning against their major competitors. The HRM department is then responsible for training staff to fulfil the positioning role, e.g., you might find a restaurant has positioned itself to offer larger portions and trained staff to be very friendly because competing restaurants serve small portions and their staff are not so hospitable. You could also use these points to do your primary research by calling a number of HRM managers and asking how they recruit or train staff to give the firm a competitive edge.

Good luck -and I apologise for the less-than-friendly people who insulted your English.
