Are they Curious, or do they think its a joke? I am not sure, I am gay in a very small town and there are not that many gay people that are "out" around here, so do they see me as a way to experiment?

The alcohol makes them uninhibited and if something happens they can blame being drunk. Perhaps they want to find out if it's true that only a man knows how to pleasure a man.

Many straight men are a little less straight after a few beers.
You know the old "I was so drunk last night, I don't remember ANYthing I did..." syndrome has been helping straight men conveniently forget the BJ they gave and got the night before...

When people get drunk enough, they say and do things that on an average day they don't say and do. Alcohol is a depressant but it also causes disinhibitions.
Straight guys flirting are not "straight-appearing and straight-acting." They are just straight guys who are temporarily unable to practice inhibiting their disinhibitions.

Curiosity. It's all in the dynamics of the person I think. I knew this one married couple, there friend, a guy had a crush on me and he was str8. Anyway, it ended up that the married couple were both competing with him in the end. Pretty strange huh. It ended up that the husband asked me to have sex with him. I couldnt cause I was a good friend of his wife. So you never know. People are just downright weird.

alcohol tend to make people more attractive about 25%. so u look hotter 25% to those who is drunk.

Most are just having a good time. They "relax" with a few drinks. Some may be curious. (In my opinion)
