im 5'7" about 145 punds. i can dunk on a hoop between 9 and 9.5 feet tall and im a freshman in high school. i just wanted to know any exercises that i can do or any suggestions to increase my vertical leap

line hops, (feet flat together, jump from one side to the other)
This is for agility, however it adds strength to your calves... always good... Squat (small amounts lots of reps) and of course.... do vert jumps till you cant walk...

i'm 5'11 and i can dunk wit ease.....work on calves alot when training.......but if u wanna cheat and dunk like VInce Carter...go to airalert.com........it gives you a crazy vertical like 15-20"+ on ur vertical

alot of jumping jacks and stretches it works i grew 2 inches in 1 week
