My husband got home from Iraq July 27th, and by August 22nd I had a late period and a positive pregnancy test. I got pregnant pretty much the day he got home!

I left England to live with my husband in Thailand. After only being in the country for three weeks I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. I'd been expecting it to take longer as I'd previously had problems and I'd been told I would have trouble conceiving.
Imagine my confusion when I went to the doctor and he told me I was 4 weeks pregnant!! I knew I hadn't been unfaithful but I didn't know then that thay start counting from the first day of your last period.
I guess when the time's right , the times right ;-)

We tried one month but I must have been just past ovulation, because we got pregnant the next month. That is 6 weeks after starting to try.

Sorry, yet i think of the constructive is in all probability nevertheless from being pregnant with the toddler you lost. whether you ovulated right after your miscarriage and conceived this month, a being pregnant try would not teach an invaluable at this factor yet. in all probability you ought to watch for a pair of months in the previous attempting for yet another toddler to furnish your physique time to heal, otherwise your opportunities for a 2d miscarriage could be bigger.

My best friend did too with her second child. She was in shock until her 12 weeks scan. LOL
I hope you know how lucky you are. I'm sure you do. Me and my hubby can't have kids and we've known this for 7 years now.
I still love to hear the good stories though. So,well done, if that's the right phrase to use. LOL

Me and my hubby were planning on trying for a baby a few months later, so I had come off the pill. Then we had a few seconds of careless one day before we thought better of it, and I got pregnant! So I was delighted but it made me glad I'd never taken any risks in my life before then!
Congrats on your pregnancy!
