Was the person already famous (so perhaps you were named after them) or did they become famous during your lifetime?
Or (pause for effect) are YOU the famous person (go on give us a clue as to who you are).
Do you know any famous namesakes, and were they teased or admired by their ilk.
Lastly what is the most boring name you know.

Hi, my name is Katie Price (aka Jordan). It doesn't bother me at all but my partner has fun telling his friends that his partner is called Katie Price. I can assure you that I'm nothing like her physically or mentally also, I.m about 20 years older than her and all my physical attributes are what nature gave me. Finally, I can't think of any boring names at the moment - I've been awake since 1.30am and its now 5.00am so I'm feeling a bit brain dead - sorry
cheers Morsel

I don't have a famous name but a girl I worked with was Lisa Simpson. She was born in 1981 so she had the name before the character appeared. It use to annoy her when she had to tell someone over the phone her name and then wait for the laughs. The most boring name I know of was John Brown.
Apologies if this is someone's name!

My brother's name is Michael Jackson. He was born before the pop singer became famous. He is used to it, but it does cause some laughs and people tend to think he is making it up. The other day he was booking an hotel room over the phone and when he gave his name they laughed at him. He insisted that was his name and the person said " yeah I believe you we had Bruce Lee stay here last week". He takes it all on the chin. He has had a few years to get used to it.

Yes,I am Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus.I was named after my mother. My full name is Destiny Hope Cyrus.Just kidding. But the stuff I just said was true.Except for the I am Hannah Montana part. She sings good. But good question. Some people are obsessed with singers or actors/actresses.That,if they have the same last name, they will change their name to the same one they have when they grow up. You are allowed to do that.
