Do you think it is a bad idea to sell the parks in saint louis to businesses?

Saint Louis might be selling some of our parks to businesses. Barnes Jewish Hospital might buy some of Forest Park to add more to the hospital. I think this is a horrible idea. Do you think it is too? Why?
