eggs that is! How do you prefer them? Gotta be my partners scrambled eggs for me!!!

Different ways mean different reasons to me...
fried = Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast either at home or out with my husband....
poached = when I am not well, poached egg on toast is always what I fancy to eat...
boiled = breakfast when we visit my Mum and Dad (if i boil eggs, they just do not taste the same as when my Mum cooks them)
scrambled = something I don't make very often because it is a nightmare to clean the pan...
Thanks for the great question! I really hadn't thought about this before and it brought back some nice memories and thoughts.. :)

One or twice a year, I'll fancy an egg buttie, otherwise, if I have eggs, they're boiled and have to have plenty of salt on them when they're done. I don't like fried because of the water that's left and poached is just boiled without the shells on.

That depends on my mood Scrambled in the morning or in fried rice, boiled for lunch or dinner. And fried if I just want to check how hot the curb is outside.
