A friend has a new computer with a Vista OP system?

When he opens emails from outlook express from work they do not display, is there an easy fix for this?

Vista is crap... I cant stand it...
It will be better when service packs come out...
XP was poor untill service pack 1b came out.

There are always too many bugs in the system and nothing is compatable...
