dance to music, eat non fat popcorn while jogging and watching a movie, play with you son/daughter,roller skate challenge your friends to a game of soccer,football,baseball ect.

Basketball, competitively... find a few friends (at least 3 others) and play full court basketball games, very very good exercise, as well as wonderful fun.

Dress up in spandex and legwarms and rock out in your room to horrible(but classic) pop songs of the eighties for half and hour or so.

You'll feel good, have fun, and the legwarmers really are an added help for working up a good sweat!

swimming is lots of fun and it works out alot more muscles than running
