Walk it off.... is the standard advice... which is what I am doing with my bad habits, when I feel the need to do the same, I workout more.

Replacing the focus is the best thing for ending one habit and creating another, as long as the new habit is equally satisfying in results, you won't miss the old habit as much.

Changing your schedule and scenery are key as well, because anything you associate the old habit with will be harder to break if you are still using the same routine that led you to that habit, or to be in the area of that habit.

Depends on the habit. Take action against it, and in its place, make a new good habit.
