i like silver surfer, idk y but i think hes better than captain universe

Yup it depends on who weilds the power. And i was looking through the Captain Univeres list and it has posses Silver Surfer before . ( and other Marvel heroes). It's granted to a hero..so thats kinda hard to figure out since its just powers past on. Silver Surfer is a person. Where as the Captain Universe is just a title and granted abilities. Sliver Surfer wins..cause no one is weilding the powers of Captain Universe now.

It depends who the Captain Universe powers settle on. If it JJJ, the Surfer wins. If it settles on Thor, then it's Silver Squishy
