I have determined that the world will be a better place if I DO NOT become a lawyer, so I went into teaching instead.

With this said, I feel the key to legal learning is:

a. strong debate skills
b. good vocabulary skills
c. some knowledge of Latin
d. excellent recall -- of case law and previous testimony
e. independent thinking
f. critical understanding of previous judgments/interpretations
g. strong research skills
h. a good bank--for student loans, and storing all that money when you graduate.

Good Luck....

Study hard. Learn the material. Don't try to cheat or take short-cuts - they'll only backfire in the end.
