Song 1: This song was sung by a Caucasian male (no offence and or at least it sounds like it).

This is somewhat a love song.

It's chorus went something like...

Oh whoa whoa whoa wahh ah ahh
Oh whoa whoa whoa wahh ah ahh
Oh whoa whoa whoa wahh ah ahh

It was either two times or three but I think it was three.

Last time heard it fully was in the year 2001, and last time I heard it partially was last year.

This song just recently came out.

Song 2: It was sung by an African American male (rap part) a female (chorus part).

See I just want to (Don't know this point) wanna make a way (Don't know this point)

Just let it go, let it go

Song 3: This song was sung by an African American man.

I don’t know much but here’s what or all I know.

It sounds like a depressing or sad song.

His chorus has nine syllables.

I guarantee that these are the wrong lyrics but…

“It’s a natural cause to be home.”
Honestly that’s all I know.
Thanks to Willamette’s ID song

I requested to have three songs ID'ed at once so I don't lose points for asking too many questions.

the first one cannot be Look After You -- it is brand new and just came out, so you couldn't have heard it in 2001. It hadn't even been written then.
the plain white ts song isn't that old either.
Sorry i don't know what they are -- i just know the other answers are not right because they are not old enough
