That could be the board drivers you need to add more details ie whats the system. If you have a friend that has an original install it use any COA even if yours has a COA number on the bottom. The are NOT signed you can use any copy

Hi. That file (ntldr) is the Windows loader program. You really should get a legit copy, but you can try finding that program on the web. Format is simply "Start> Run> cmd Enter>) this will open a command window. Type ' format c: ' if you want to format the c drive. Be sure that is what you want to do. It is irrevocable.

you can borrow anyones windows xp cd to format your laptop, but you still need an original copy when it come time to install your service packs and getting critical updates.
