First, you need to make it perfectly clear and have a serious talk and tell her that you don't like her in a romantic way and that your are not a lesbian. Say you like being her friend and hanging with her but that she is making you uncomfortable and if she continues you can't remain friends.

Tell her that you really do like having her as a friend, and she can always count on you when she needs someone to talk to or confide in, but your personal feelings do not go beyond that. Ask her to respect your wishes, and then let it go. She may like you for a while still, but try to not let that get in the way.
