I was just wondering...i use my right arm alot more than my left arm..would this mean that i cud end up having bigger muscles on my right arm than my left arm....
im 15 and it seems that my right muscles are bigger than left at the min.
Is it possible to have different sized muscles on each arm?? Or am i just paranoid that it may happen in the future (Im a very paranoid person haha)

In terms of muscle size, its not really possible to get a massive difference between arms unless you actively lift weights with one and not the other.

When muscles are damaged (microscopic tears occur during weightlifting) they repair themselves and grow larger. But this only happens when the damage occurs.

General daily use of one arm more than another will probably result in some strength disparity (your right arm is stronger) but it won't look much bigger than the other one just from using it more.

If you do work out, using dumbbells instead of a barbell will allow you to work both arms evenly and preventing your strong arm from dominating the lift.

It depends what you are doing with your right arm - u know what i'm talking about :P. Try yo use your left arm to do things more - I dont think it will be a huge difference and people probably wont notice unless you lift weights or something only with one arm.

the result of being right handed for menial tasks aint gonna make no difference to symmetry of the arms ,most people have an un noticeable size difference in body symmetry . If you started pumpin iron just using the right then you would ,dont worry about that , just be yourself

most teenage boys have stronger right arms. Use your left for a change, not only will it balance the muscles it does not feel like you are doing it yourself.
