You have to beat General Manager Mode using Raw 5 times.If you beat General Manager Mode using Smackdown 5 times,You get Teddy Long

The only way to get Vince is to create him You can get Shane by Buying him with WWE shop points

As far as I know you can't! You can get Shane but no Vince!
