because he's a genius....his works have transcended time...his ideals are true to this day....he had a way with words that will never be seen again...sometimes everything in the universe lines up and there is just a perfect occurrence..it's like the Beatles....there was never a band like theirs and there hasn't been one since....it's the same with Shakespeare.....

Are you specific this is not Martin Luther? i might make certain that's Marting Luther King Jr or Martin Luther. Martin luther is from around a similar term as shakespeare and obvisously isn't MLK Jr.

Because his plays are timeless. Take for instance Romeo and Juliet. Basically it's a story about a 14 year old girl in love with a boy and her parents don't like him. How simple is that? His plots never go out of date and if you try, you can relate them to modern times quite easily. Pax - C.
