The time has come to start closing the old schools and starting home studies through the broadband networking available. One instructor could conduct the class and observers could monitor students via web cams and interactive exchanges. Schools are now outdated and the Unions have sucked the taxpayers dry while providing less and less competent teaching. For less than1,000 the school district can set up the system and save all the transporting. The equipment would be free but if damaged the parents could be charged for repairs or losses.
