The most feminine girls don't. Only women with relatively high levels of testosterone have leg hair. Most American women come into that category, but worldwide most women don't.

How old are you? Have you ever been documented with circulatory problems to the legs? Often, one of the first signs of diminished circulation problems to the legs is lack of leg hair. The reason is that the microcirculation that feeds the hair follicles are the first to shut down. No blood supply to the leg hair...the leg hair dies off.

If you have never had that evaluated, you might want to consider it. This could be the first warning signs of more serious circulatory problems.

Do you have any hair growth on your legs at all? Poor circulation will cause no hair growth and shiny skin to the lower extremities. You could also have a form of alopecia

My mom is the same. Do you parents or grandparents have any leg hair? My grandmother didn't have any leg hair either. It may be something you inherited.
