we have been ttc for two years, I had the hsg done and that was clear, blood test on day 21 showed low progesterone and doctor also said i could possibly have pcos. my periods are regular and I do ovulate according to the ovulation kits i use each month. is it possible to have pcos without symptoms?

It is. PCOS is quite a mishmash of symptoms (that's why it's a syndrome)-some people have many symptoms, while others very have very few. I had a hard time getting diagnosed because I have very few symptoms-ovarian cysts, but not the typical pattern seen with PCOS, normal hormones, no insulin resistance, etc. You really need a smart doctor who understands the whole picture of PCOS, and realizes that PCOS doesn't require cysts to be diagnosed, and doesn't require all the symptoms to be present either.
