Yesterday it was a warm and sunny 70-75 degrees, today it's a rainy 55-63 degrees and my sinuses feel bothered. Is this possibly the cause?

YES! When it is a certain temperature, it can cause the pollen effect from trees to be either stronger or weaker. (You'll hear the"pollen count for the day when listening to the weather.)

When it is cold outside, this can effect those with Asthma.
When it is spring like weather, pollen count is higher, causing people to get bronchitus and sinus infections. (I had both--horrible feeling by the way....)

For feeling better about your sinuses

#1- Keep windows closed!! pollen will come in your house and aggravate your sinuses even more
#2-Keep bedsheets fresh and clean. Pollen that was on your clothes can get on those sheets.Feces from dust mites cause allergic reactions with many people! (I know, its gross, but keeping your bedsheets clean will help you!)
#3- Wash clothes with dye free, fragrance free detergents! Sometimes that is the culprit.
#4- Vacuume your carpets twice a week. This will again prevent your allergies from acting up and prevent dust mites from aggravating your allergies.
#5- If you live in a house, then you have to be sure to change your filters every 6 months!! All of that dirt that we breathe in, in addition to the toxi materials we clean or spray in our air causes allergic reactions to occur. By changing this filter, you can prevent alot of respiratory type of problems.

Your sinuses are very susceptible to even small changes in pressure, especially if you have a cold, or had one, or are getting one.
