The most important meal of the day is BREAKFAST! Because when you wake up it starts you off. If you never eat breakfast it tends to make you fatter even though you think you may be loosing weight. When your body isn't fed after those long hours of sleep it starts eating at the storage food in your stomache. After that it doesn't have anything else to eat so it starts producing chemicals which attaches to your fat. The more chemicals, the bigger you get!

Breakfast. It gets the day started especially if you work early. If you don't eat breakfast and the first meal you eat is around 11 a.m. and you have been at work the entire time, your body will make noises.

Breakfast ... because it does what it says, "breaks the fast" when you awaken from at least 8 hours of sleep. That is why you should eat a good breakfast to give you a good start for the day. Grains and fruit would be good choices as would be yogurt.
