My car wont take off in DRIVE, you put it into low and it will take off just fine then shift it back down to drive then it will go fine. When you put it in drive initially it acks like it is in neutral.
WOULD SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME
and it does have trans. fluid.

Uh sorry, I only do music... well and some other stuff, but that is not the point. I don't know anything about cars. Maybe you should take it into a mechanic. Thye don't do a good job though because once I had this Honda mini-van and the door would almost never open so I took it to a mechanic and he said that there wasn't anything wrong, but you not being able to open your own car door isn't normal.

So overall... I do not know.

I had a problem like that, it turned out to be what is called the torque converter not working right, and I just unplugged it and it worked fine. I dont know if this is the problem, its more of a suggestion.

what kind of car?

it might be your transmission, or it could be a linkage problem

you should probably re-post with specifics in the auto category.

possibly low on tranny fluid
