It could be no more than a hole in the line inside the well (above the water line) allowing the water to leak out causing low pressure, pump kicks on pumps air into house. Many other problems are discussed on the wiki site...

what pressure does your pump kick on and off at?????20/40 30/50 or 40/60 how much air in tank if air bag tank before you put any water in it....should be 2 pounds lower than kick on pressure of your pump....should be check valve at top of pump or at tank on pump side or at both places...is switch adjusted properly ..do you have gauge to show amount of pressure when pump is running?????if you do then the switch is adjutable if pressure is to high but you will need to adjust tank air pressure with no water in it also...

I think what you do is, turn off the water at the main.
Then while the water is off, turn on any and every faucet in the house, including bathtub. (no need to turn them all the way on, just enough so water will flow once the water is turned on)
Now go back to the main, and turn the water back on.
Hopefully this will push any air out of the pipes.
Remember to go around and turn off all your faucets once completed.

you've air on your pipes,, this ususally occurs at the same time as the pipes are worked on, the air oftentimes is flushed out with use!! in case your tank replaced into leaking you may have water squirting out,, no longer,, air seeping in! and if air receives in the tank that's going to upward thrust to the accurate and reason water logging, which finally ends up on your pump clicking on and rancid to oftentimes!! open each of the taps and enable them run until eventually there is not any more beneficial air spurts,, in spite of in case you had a leak in the pipes the stress from the water may reason your pipes to leak out no longer in!! the in undemanding words thanks to get air in the pipes is that if the pump is became off and the strains are opened ,, allowing air in,, then the equipment is back to regularly occurring... any leaks in a pressurized equipment will reason air, water and so on to be expelled out of the leak section!!!

Typically, the kind of problems that you are encountering, are due to the inlet piping sucking air. My first best guess would be to go to every joint, before the the pump, break it , reseal it and reattach it. I hope this helps.
