I am utterly surprised at some of these answers! If a mobile home is the home of your choice, then so be it! Getting financing for a mobile home, is considered a home mortgage. You need to deal with lenders/brokers who finance these type of homes. If you need assistance in getting loan shoot me an email I will be happy to answer of your questions....mortgageallday@aol.com

wow some other people are mean. i actually had a similar discussion w/ one of my mortgage reps recently and she wasn't sure. she thought you had to pay cash. is getting an auto loan the best option? don't know. go on to bank rate or some auto loan websites and see what you find.
