Scientifically speaking there is not much chance the magic bullet theory is correct. The problem lies with the number of changes of direction of the bullet, meaning it would have had to ricochet off numerous objects.
Bullets change shape and are scored by such impacts and ricochets. The bullet they have showed as this 'magic bullet' looks like it has had minimal impact beyond soft tissue.
No, I think it much more likely there were multiple shooters, but I'm yet to subscribe to any of the conspiracy theories over the grassy knoll.

If the bullet had went thru soft tissue first such as JFK's neck, then it is possible. The seats were arranged differently then first thought. This still doesn't account for the alleged evidence and witnesses of the other shooter said to be on the grassy knoll or the now suspected driver either. This subject is so old and tiresome regardless of all the evidence. There was for a short while a video on google which suggestively showed a blurred appearance of the driver turning around and shooting. The video could have been doctored in some way with current technologies. Interestingly enough, it seems to have now vanished from the site.

Just another site with some comments:

One other suspicious comment was that the limo was destroyed soon after. I suppose Jackie Kennedy may have asked this to be done for some personal reason also.
Other sites also suggest an extraterrestrial reason. Whatever.

Whether or not there was a single bullet that deflected off of President Kennedy and found its way into Governor Connolly is debatable. Maybe it didn't deflect and went the course it did due to the positions the to men were sitting at the time of impact.
The single bullet, or magic bullet, theory is tough to realize. But, had President Kennedy not worn his back brace on the fatal day in November, Kennedy would have probably felt forward after the first shot was fired. The back brace held Kennedy in position for the second and fatal shot to the head.
Who knows what the truth is, as it has been a long time and witnesses and evidence have been long gone.

In 2003 ABC did an in-depth report on th JFK assassination
using 3-D state-of-the-art computer graphics using the Zabruder 8mm film of the actual hit/s. If you can find this documentary and watch it I think you would find that the single-bullet theory IS quite possible There isn't enough room here
to go into any more detail. It was an outstanding documentary though
