I have it too. Not as often as you I think. I take 1 Gatorade a day because I have trouble maintaining my electrolyte levels and it also helps with the RLS.

Ask your doctor for something cheaper.

If they still perscribe it-Senimet or Carba dopa/ Leva dopa
I don't know the spellings. back here in a second-Im gonna check something..

Here is a websight-Maybe there are some links?
You can also Google in and find info..

Also try finding the number or email of the manufacterer. Many times they will give free perscritions to people who qualify. Good Luck-Wrap cold towels around your leggs

I get this too. My doc suggested I try taking a benedryl at night - sometimes this can help. There are also other medications that help RLS besides the new ones. Talk to your doc about a possible switch. The older drugs are less effective, but they still do help.

try club soda with Quine in it.....if you get Faygo brand in your area.... it's really really bitter though so i used to add lemon juice to it... you could also try to get on state insurance(medicaid) if you're not working...i feel for you i suffer from it also...
