No, if the person who committed the assault is a minor, they would not go to prison.
If there were medical bills incurred due to the assault, then the parents of the minor who commited the assault would generally be liable for them. Parents are responsible for the actions of their minor children.

You would be in a lot of trouble. Any time you deliberately do something to another person with the intention of causing damage you risk being arrested. If you're under age you probably won't be going to prison but do you really want that on your record in the future when you're trying to get into college or get a job?

lmao, ok, yes, it's true.
Under section 245 pc (cal law) a person can be imprisoned for nut striking a kid; however, a kid under 18 would most probably only get a few days in juvenile hall; you can also be sued under civil law for the pain and suffering and the nut stirkers parents will foot the bill; it's not uncommon for a jury to award $50,000 for simple pain and suffering.
Any violent behavior is bad and it will follow you around when you later try and get work, unless of course your files are sealed; in thye meantime, your parents are going to hammer you for even thinking about it.

Both. You can get charged with aggravated assualt, kicked out of school, and get sued for both the medical bills and trauma caused.

You can be arrested, prison might be a slight exaggeration, but there could be a restraining order, and a lawsuit addressed to the parents.

Its an assault, and intentional tort, and battery, and you can be prosecuted in criminal and civil court. Have you never seen Juvies on MTV? those kids are in jail for skippin school and stuff.... way less than attacking a dudes lovesack.

I dont know
but I do know that if you piss in an alley, they can convict you as a sex offender. RIP USA. RIP. Freedom is over. And if a cop asks you for your i.d. evern if he has no probable cause, do it, otherwise, hell say youre resisting arrest and shoot you like a black groom on his wedding day. Effin pigs, we dont need them.

Sure you could if you did substantial damage to the person, and if you were an adult, but a juvinile would go to JDC.

probably not attempted murder, but it is 'battery'.
You could get arrested and you could get sued.
