Yes you have, but most people would value your trip further if it includes a greater circumference than swinging around the pole.
If you could stand on your toes on the top of the pole and spin you might manage the quickest trip around the world.
I wonder what Einstein would have to say about the relativity of an olympic ice-skater spinning on the top of the pole to someone travelling along the equator, or in a spaceshuttle.
