i use luigi a lot in supersmash bros melee for the gamecube and i want to be the best with luigi. is there a set way to launch out in a berserk way when he is like a rocket? cuz i really am trying to figure it out on my own but i cant quite get it. help me out here plz!!!

It does a lot of damage when you're fully charged and the enemy is hit right before Luigi starts to fall from his launch. That's sort of how I did it.

Check the trophies! It's random I'm afraid. Don't rely on the rocket to work, just charge up as much as you can before letting go of forward+b.
