umm, its my be because u are loosing ur minutes. if not, then it could be that u need to condition urself more. ur probably need to build up ur stamina and learn to play for a long time. one way to do that is to just run around ur block many times, and once u feel u are getting tired, push urself to run even more. after a couple of times doing this everyday, u will get used to it. and thus, u will get tired even later and have a stronger stamina and then u will probably be able to score more and get better stats. u can always try other stuff too, like practice on ur shot, or hops. but i dont think u need to because u said u used to be better but now got down. so probably u need to work on ur stamina. beleive me, thats the same problem that happened to me a couple of years back and i tried the running thing, and it helped my game out even more than any other drill i have ever tried.

Well, when you say that you are a big man, are you referring yourself to as like fat big or tall big. See if your carrying excess weight, your movements have probably slowed you down. If your comfortable with your weight and you truely believe that you can keep up the pace on both ends of the floor then a change is not necessary. You do however need to find your groove offensively so I suggest you put extra time on the gym and shoot 100 shots around the paint if your game is played mainly in that area. When you are shooting, shoot at game speed and work on post moves. As for the rebounds, don't forget the basics. Get a body on your defender and make sure you have him wrapped around your back so he wont step in front of you. Remember its a tought game so dont show mercy. As long as you do this and stay positive, I think you can improve your numbers.

Hard work, being aggressive offensively should help. Do teamates not pass you the ball? Lack of pt? You didn't say, but say if you get your points by offensive rebounding get at with everything.

Watch someone like Tyler Hansbrough, ugly baller, but gets his points and rebounds.

i dont want to brag but im pretty good at basket ball myself but try being aggressive and take those shots u dont normally take who knows u might make them u might not . and to get more rebounds box out (u might be doing this but i dont know that) as far as steals go im not quite sure but try to get the timing down on there dribble and time it so u can steal it

MOST IMPORTANTLY PRACTICE!!!
