I think that someone could fall into love with the idea that they will have financial security. But if a relationship is based on that love then it probably isn't likely to last if it did happen.

Would that really be love? If the money goes away, is there a divorce? I would find it sad to know someone living with someone else only for financial security.

That would be a nice attribute, but money alone is not a good reason for love. You should have true feelings for the person.

I suppose it's possible, but it's also questionable. Most people consider someone who mates for financial security to be a little, um, mercenary.... I've always said I can make money, but friends and lovers are something you can't buy.

I think my mom would, that's all she talks about is finding a new husband thats a millionaire. I think Laurie from Real Housewives of Orange County falls deeper in love with George's extravagant gifts and not the man himself.

I guess that it's possible, but the love is not genuine. The love never lasts when it's based on the size of the other person's bank account.

wouldn't that be falling in love with money... well yes then it's possible, because I believe we all love money to some extent.... just because you love the bank account does not mean you love the person.
