I have to summarize these three Haikus and I'm not sure exactly how to do that....

Keep straight down this block,
then turn right where you will find
a peach tree blooming

That frozen star there,
or this one on the water, –
Which is more distant?

With a twitching nose
A dog reads a telegram
On a wet tree trunk.

Or if you find a different Haiku by Richard Wright that's easier to summarize feel free to give me that one. You help is appreciated!!!

Well not sure about the first one.
The second one it is saying which star is further, the one in the sky or the reflection in the water.
The third one is saying that a dog is smelling a scent of another dog's urine on the tree trunk, which is a message or telegram.

I think you could just talk about what each Haiku speaks of in general. Maybe you can find ways that the Haiku applies to people as a whole and to yourself as an individual.

For example, "How is walking down a block and turning to suddenly find a blooming peach tree like life, or like specific experiences in life?"

I think the goal is to state the meaning -- the main message -- of the Haiku.
