Hi.
I own 3 BFG's and never had any kind of problem with them, and I OC the crap out of them as well. IMO well worth the extra $9.

Honestly I would go with XFX. Why you ask? Well for the plain and simple fact of their double lifetime warranty. BFG and XFX make great cards. Im running one of each in two computers and havent had a problem with either. But I have a bit more confidence in a company that will not only honor a lifetime warrenty for me, but If I ever plan on upgrading to a newer faster card, I could also pass the warranty on to the person Im selling my old XFX card to.

I'd go with a BFG rather than a XFX, just from personal experiance. BFGs tend to last longer.

I can't really complain about BFG. I had a problem with my 6800 GT OC (AGP). They sent me 2 new cards before I said the hell with it and built a new computer with PCI-express in it. I didn't put a BFG in the new computer because the eVGA 640MB 8800 GST OC was almost as good as the BFG 768MB 8800 GTX (not OC) and alot cheaper. They both have lifetime warranties.
