Exercise: Astronauts exercise to keep their muscles from deteriorating. They can run on a treadmill, ride a stationary bike, and use a stretchy material to exercise their arms.

Drink: Astronauts drink from pouches with straws. They're very similar to Capri Suns and other pouch drinks in the grocery store. They can drink pretty much anything they want. They can have soda (although it's not preferred, because if the astronaut burps, they throw up a bit too because there's no gravity to keep the food down), coffee (simply take the coffee pouch and add some hot water), or whatever juice they'd like.

Brush their teeth: It's exactly to how you'd brush at home. You just have to be careful about spitting to make sure all of it goes into the vacuum in the sink.

Hope this helps ^^

Bring everything up there with them however they do recycle water, but if you have ever seen a video that actually of excercise equipment in the shuttle or space station to minimize muscle loss will in 0 gravity. As far as brushing their teeth probably do it the same as they would on earth except no running water and do it while there floating.

Liquids are kept in plastic pouches with straws. They have edible tooth paste so that after you brush you teeth you just swallow. Excersize is done with bungie chords.
