i'm talking more about the ones that want random conversations than the ones who want money. you can just tell by that way they keep staring oddly that they're sizing you up and intend to come over and talk shite at any minute

Oh, hell yes!
To date I've had a bloke stop me and ask to brush my hair!
Another asked me if I would sell him my shoes because he thought they would look really good with his new outfit!!!
And the worst was a bloke who insisted on helping me across the road because he thought I wouldn't make it without being hit by a car!!! He was a raving loony.
I just attract them.

You've got to have had a few experiences to pose a question like this one. I empathise, I really do honey!

I've found having a conversation with myself or talking to objects near me normally keeps them at bay so I might be one of those Weirdos

YES. I live in the East San Fran Bay, every time that I travel by the BART train (bay area rapid transportation) some weirdo asks me 4 my cell phone, but i say i dont have 1. once, i told them that and it started ringing in front of them! they kinda got mad at me and seemed as if they were going to attack me while i was on the phone!

Yes, but they're the ones who end up running off so they don't have to sit next to the weirdo.

I don't go on buses or trains but get approached by drunks and weirdos, the local drunk seems to think its his god given right to cop a perv down my top and the weirdos just seem to latch on to me and think I need to know their life stories, I must look either desperate or open minded.

Yes. All the time. I also get pestered by chuggers. I think they're attracted by my coat, which is very cool.
