my arm keeps twitching!!!!!?

Question

its just my upper arm, near my biceps and it doesnt hurt or anything. it happens on and off, all day, and its been happening for almost a week. does anyone know what it is?

Tiny muscle spasms. Mine does it too sometimes, especially if I've been lifting or holding something.
